Joe Lee is the Executive Director of CODA Venture.

Based between the UAE, Zurich and London, Joe’s presence in the Middle East represents an incredible resource of investment opportunities combined with a network of ultra high-net worth investors throughout the Gulf region.

Joe has held positions for more than 20 years in a variety of organisations, ranging from public listed companies to startups. His broad experience includes growing and managing successful business development and client management teams, as well as event management, entertainment and talent management. With his events agency, Joe has worked with world class brands including Formula One, BP, BMW, Coca-Cola, Jumeirah, JTI, PWC, Informa, LG, The King's Trust and many more.

In addition to his work in the UAE, Joe is involved in the Monaco GP, Cannes Lions and the World Economic Forum where he has managed and led teams on-site in Davos, Switzerland. Joe’s understanding of the appropriate intersection between personal relationships, investment philosophies and live communications is best in class. His extensive experience and business contacts, combined with those of VentureDNA in the US, create a solid platform to position young diverse companies for the next stage of growth and success.

Joe has extensive public speaking and facilitation experience, having presented awards, hosted conferences and facilitated executive team meetings across the world.
His other notable achievements have included summiting Kilimanjaro, recording at Abbey Road Studios and founding his F1 podcast, Racehouse™.

Joe graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business with Law from Kingston University, London and was Treasurer of the Law Society.
